Ever wondered what it would be like to spend a lazy Sunday paddling on our local waterways?
Join us for our Foundation Skills course to get you started and enjoying being out on the water during summer.
The Foundation Skills Course is an introduction to paddling where participants come away with an ACAS Basic Skills Certificate of accreditation. The course is delivered and assessed by a current Australian Canoeing qualified Instructor and assessment will be carried out on flat, sheltered water. You have the option to complete the award in a canoe, kayak or sit-on-top craft.
Join us for a fun and informative morning at Westerfolds Park, Templestowe.
For more information go to the Foundation skills web page and register to attend our next course on the 13th November 2016. Registrations will close one week prior to the course – for registration options after this time please call the office on 0430 312 252.
Should you wish to do a course like this but would prefer an alternative date and have a group of people to join you, please contact the office and we can tailor make a course to suit you and your groups requirements.
