This note is to inform you that Paddle Australia has postponed the 2020 Paddle Australia Canoe Marathon Championships scheduled for Geelong, Victoria from 16th to 19th April due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Paddle Australia is evaluating the options for re-scheduling the event and if a suitable date cannot be identified or restrictions preclude rescheduling the event will be cancelled.
We appreciate that postponement is a disappointing outcome for many but we believe that this decision is in the best interests of all involved.
We thank you for your support in the lead up to the this event and we look forward to working with you again should the event proceed.
