The first race of the 2020 Yarra Series is at the end of March with the next race back at Fitzsimons Lane bridge, Templestowe.

New paddlers are welcome, with 3 race available before needing to join a club. Please allow enough time on the day to complete an insurance form to cover you for the race. The $5 additional charge is to cover your insurance.

We are pleased to offer a Series payment option that covers you for all five Yarra Series races at a discounted rate. You will still need to register for each race however your payments are covered.

Late registrations and additions on the day are difficult, so please nominate each class you wish to participate in and advise compiling on the day if you wish to withdraw from any class. This allows us to better organise the time allowed in the program, particularly for C2 boat sharing. Only written requests for both runs in the first session, received prior to the event will be considered.

Entry Fee $20 ($25 if non-member of Paddle Australia) – all entry fees are to be paid online via Trybooking. Online entries close 5pm Thursday 19th March (entry on the day, only if space available, will be $25)

The event schedule:
Saturday 21st March
2.00pm Help needed! Course set up at Fitzsimons Lane bridge, Templestowe.
4:00pm Free Practice – Clubs/Individuals to provide own safety
Course remains open until 8am Sunday prior to the race.
Sunday 22nd March
8.30am – Bib number collection
9.00am – Briefing for competitors, parents, judges, volunteers
9.30am – Start of first runs
Conclusion of first runs
Approx 15min – Break
Start of second runs
Conclusion of second runs
Course dismantling, pack up & presentation
