Dights is not practical for the race due to the high flow (11,000 ML/day plus and falling very slowly, rain forecast for Saturday).
As it turns out Fitzies is not as washed out as you might think. There are enough eddies and plenty of flow, just not much in the way of waves.
It is still planned to run the Vic Champs at Dights on the 27th November come hell or high water.
Program remains the same:
Sunday 20th November
- 8:00 am – Course Closed and Bib Collection
- 8:30 am – Briefing for competitors, parents, judges, volunteers
- 9:00 am – Start of first runs
- Second Runs
- Pack up and Presentation estimated at 1:00 pm

The entry fee is $20. Entries can be made using the link Country Series Race 3 Entry Link
If you have registered for the MCC/NSD Training Camp you will be automatically entered into the race and there is no need to do so separately.
Online entries close 9pm Thursday 17th November. Entries may be taken on the day if time is available, online entries assist in helping the event run smoothly.
