Maritime Safety Victoria has developed an interactive online map so waterways users can check the operating rules of a particular waterway before heading out. It includes information on waterways all across Victoria.
Water sports are enjoyed in an increasing number of ways, including boating, kayaking, rowing, PWC (personal water craft) riding and other water sports.
It is important for the safety of you and those around you that you are aware of the general State rules which apply to all waterways in Victoria as well as local scheduled operating and zoning rules for specific waterways.
